not LED which I prefer but not bright green

Westinghouse used to be a reliable company. These bulbs cost $11 each. I ordered 2 red and 2 green. The boxes appear to be empty. LOL Lightbulbs practically don't glow. The green bulbs came first and were barely visible on the front of my house from 10-15 feet away. Didn't look green. So I sent them back, no problem. However, I received red bulbs and I suspect they will be bright orange, so I don't even open the box. They will be returned today. Unfortunately, because I love my spotlights for Christmas, Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day. :(
