I just moved and needed a new desk in the new location. The dimensions are perfect for the space I'm working in and when I put it all together I'm very happy with the end product! It was a little tricky to put together at first as there were lots of parts and hardware included, but each piece is labeled (like most pre-made home furniture) as are the hardware bags. quickly about it. I was also pleasantly surprised that the drawer and shelf can be placed on either side, with pilot holes drilled on either side for the drawer and the shelf has small self-tapping screws to screw in anywhere. One complaint I have had to make regarding this is that the pieces are not the perfect size. I had to partially push the supports to get all the bolts and screws to fall into place, although this was hardly a problem, just unexpected. I think it might add more strength to the finished product as well, because as soon as I stopped pressing on it, the pieces folded back and more or less locked the hardware in place. All in all, it was a pleasant experience building this, a league ahead of any other furniture builder's box I've dabbled with over the years. If you have a screwdriver or power screwdriver and Allen bits, this process will be even quicker and easier, although you must be careful not to damage the screws. .
