Maybe too easy as I somehow managed to bruise my toe while spreading and/or moving. Oops. It is very easy to set up. You basically just unfold it, move the two support bars and twist the two included handles to hold it in place. It's also just as easy to fold and store away. One person can do and one person can easily carry it.It's very durable and comes with a 3 year guarantee according to the company.We use it with our Casper Twin X-Large sleeping mattress which aren't required.Thank goodness you're using a box spring as we with our dust allergies and those of our relatives don't need an extra thing to take up space and collect dust or need an allergen cover we had no complaints from us our guests or our little one who loves to jump on the bed.
