Easy to use, beautiful cookies!

Now I make the prettiest cookies! I take the dough and put it on a baking sheet, light pea. I love giving my kids freshly baked cookies for school (because I can't keep treat boxes at home without trying them myself!). So earlier this week I make cookie dough, use a spatula to place the dough on a baking sheet and pop the baking sheet in the freezer for 4 hours until the dough is completely frozen. Then I transfer the dough into a ziplock bag. In the morning I set the oven to 300F and cook the dough from frozen for 18 minutes. It cooks perfectly evenly and softly because everything is homogeneous!
