Easy and reliable installation for a hefty 47-inch Sony Bravia. We found two pins 16 inches apart, slightly off-center where we wanted to mount the TV, and pre-drilled four holes. One person held the bracket, the other sank into the beams. Separate brackets have been added to the back of the TV; The holes all lined up perfectly and there were plenty of properly threaded screws of varying lengths and diameters to match the various mounting holes on the TV. The television was then lifted onto the bracket and secured. It might be a one person setup, but two people makes the job a lot easier because this mount is a beast. It's secure, doesn't sag or move, and I'm not worried about it falling off.
