Although I am 51 years old, I have oily skin and eyelids. I train too. I've tried several eyeshadow bases. While most people start off well, by the end of the day my shade is wrinkling, especially after a workout. I used the product for the first time yesterday. I trained twice a day at different times, totaling over 2 hours. At 9pm my eye makeup looked the same as when I first applied it at 5am! It's lightweight, not sticky or chalky and feels great on the eyelids. I would highly recommend and will definitely be buying more when it runs out!
