After filling up my 2006 Jeep A/C 143a with gas, I noticed the filler valve was leaking. I used this valve replacement kit. I ran into a small gap problem which I solved by temporarily bending some metal aside. The key to this job is to take a vise or pliers and gently squeeze the pin fingers together so they firmly grip the valve tip. Be careful not to bend them too much (don't break them). Take your time. You can check the tightness of the new valve replacing the old one. This kit was inexpensive and served its purpose. Read other reviews before using this and see what works for them. The secret is to get the fingers on the end of the pin to grip the valve head securely enough to pull it out.
