Bought these for a group of children (5-10 years old) to make candles with - it was a big hit. And the one we brought home burned well.

used a ruler to make sure they are all the same and perfect is the best word to describe them! Even the cat had to intervene. burned longer than I thought. Good job to the makers of Toadily!

This is for candle making so I'm not sure what they meant by heat. The wax came out whole and didn't melt. It was well packed. Colors haven't faded, but they're not super bright either, which is what I was hoping for. Easy to use.

I used these to make beeswax candles in preschool when we were studying bees. We ended up using a heating pad to heat them up enough for the kids to roll around with. The heating pad helped me heat multiple squares at once, allowing me to help multiple babies at once. The kids liked it. I will buy them every year.

I was able to use these beeswax sheets to teach a class at the library about making natural beeswax candles. The beeswax was very malleable and the candles rolled easily. This is the perfect little kit. I bought these to make advent candles with my almost 4 year old. We made 25 birthday candles and made two large candles out of two leaves just for fun and then I saved the leaf to make spare birthday candles for our wreath. The instructions were easy and we found the low speed dryer worked very well. My little girl loved this activity and was hoping to make it an annual tradition.

Thanks to the reviewers who suggested using a blow dryer to slightly heat the wax to make it pliable. After cutting off the piece, reheat and don't overdo it or the wax will tear off too easily. Don't be put off by the somewhat dull colors of the wax slabs either; If you roll even 1.5 inch pieces (as instructed in the instructions for making 45 candles), the resulting candle colors look quite deep. As advertised, these candles burned for quite a long time.
