Product: As an easy install it was installed fairly quickly the first time in under 30 minutes (most of the time was spent reading the instructions and checking which item goes where) . This appears to be a well designed and built device for the price. The material is lightweight yet looks durable. Now a comment on balancing: don't expect this to be a perfect match without tweaking something to it. Not all motorhomes are the same. I spent the money on a 2 inch industrial velcro to tie some parts together and attach to the RV for a more customized fit. Nothing complicated, just time consuming. Installation requires a ladder and a wizard would be helpful although I did the initial installation myself. Taking it off wasn't difficult (10 minutes max) - the hardest part was folding the device to fit in a storage bag, but it wasn't terrible. I think I could install this device myself in 15 minutes. Minutes or so now that I know how it all fits together. I am very happy with this purchase as it adds an extra 8" x 15" of room to the RV to give the kids room to play on those not so good days and just provide a place to gather when things get too tight cool to sit on the road in the mountains on those autumn nights.
