I like that it is easy to see my pipeline and how it is progressing. I also like that the platform is constantly evolving and getting more useful. I dislike that the interface is a little outdated. Sometimes it is hard to find a button or a drop down menu. The platform is very easy to use and it is a no-brainer if you want to take the next step in your recruitment journey. It has been very easy to onboard new clients and keep them happy. I also like that the account manager is always available via email or phone should you need to chat with them.
