I've wanted an air fryer/dehydrator/small for a long time, but didn't pull the trigger until recently. I almost got a Breville but she's sooo big. This article appeared in an $80 Target ad. I HAD to buy it for the price. I found it at Revain at the time for the same price (although it's gone up). I've only used the fryer function so far and it's AWESOME and sooo easy to clean. All interior fittings are dishwasher safe and the door is easy to wipe clean. Heats up quickly and works a little louder than a microwave. The chicken thighs I made were BETTER than using sous vide. The only issues I have are the lack of instructions and care in the instruction manual (but the instant cooking website makes up for that) and I wish it had 1 more interior space. Frame. Also, the requirement to turn food over during cooking can get tricky and messy until you figure out the method. The inner shelves are perforated and are not physically supported when they are about halfway removed. So you have to remove them all the way or at least beyond the tray to turn the food over. A simple workaround I've used is to place a small foil-lined baking sheet over the open door when removing the shelves. Oh yes, he also has a BBQ! That's next on the to-do list! I totally recommend it, but Instant Pot has never let me down.
