The only issues I had were beyond the seller's control

As many laptop manufacturers change parts suppliers for the same laptop model and they are not always exactly interchangeable, you have to take your laptop separately before order the required part. Taking lots of notes and photos can help. I ended up with 2 small screws, I have no idea where they were supposed to go but I know they came out of the laptop. Even without the screws, the laptop works again and the screen looks like new.
