Edit: Got the correct replacement and sent the Bengals bottle back. My mother loves this bottle very much. I was hoping she would use less plastic, especially when she goes to the gym. I figured if it's something she likes, she'd like to use it, and it looks like it. As with most Tervis mugs, there is a patterned clear plastic sheet between the layers of the mug. It doesn't fit perfectly, but close enough not to get printed on the design. The top seals well. The spout is conveniently sized so you can take both small and large sips. It says it's dishwasher safe but my mom won't put it in the dishwasher just to be on the safe side. Original: I'm ordering a Chicago Bears water bottle with an orange top as a birthday present. Instead, I got myself a gray Bengals top. I've been "assured" that I'll get the correct replacement, but we'll see. I have big doubts.
