At first we thought we had a great product. A week of daily use on a three and six year old and the blower is completely dead. Together they can weigh 80 pounds. I called the company three times. I never heard an answer. There is no customer service if you can't reach someone. I also emailed. Nothing. No guarantees, no returns, nothing. We will never buy from this company again and tell our young community; Some of them buy sweaters themselves. One star is due to the fact that I had to choose at least one. It would be cheaper to rent an actual bouncy house this week than to buy this one. We will buy a new fan, but not from them.
