Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!

I have long wanted to write about this lens. I think that one of the most underrated Canon lenses. The lens is only for full-frame cameras - that's for sure!
He owned a crop - the lens was at the level of a cheap whale zoom. On the full frame, the picture appeared, and sharpness, and bokeh - in short, all the strengths. It is indispensable as a universal reportage and studio zoom for both the photographer and the videographer. This is my very first lens that I bought for crop. And the only one that I still have not sold, since there are simply NO alternatives for this money. It's definitely worth taking.

Pros

- Fast and accurate autofocus - Excellent reliable design (dust and moisture protection, metal case) - Universal focal lengths (I shot absolutely everything on it, from macro and portraits to studio shooting and of course reports). - Great for both photos and videos - The presence of an image stabilizer (fotkal with hands at 1/10 - no blurring), for videos in general no comments, a thing is simply necessary - Good sharpness, not inferior to fixes (which are not Elks) at similar aperture values - Color rendition (color juicy, saturated, a minimum of "stray" colors) - Works great with backlight

Cons

For the price, I'm afraid they don't. To swear at sharpness - it is very good for a zoom (if a normal instance). Aperture f4 - well, guys, here the price is correspondingly small for an elka. Oh yes, a trunk moving under its own weight - there is such a thing, it doesn’t annoy me)
