Use this for 2 purposes: Charging my car battery and Charging my boat battery

This kit comes with a USB 14.4/2A adapter which should be used to continuously charge your car battery. The instructions didn't show how to connect it, here's how. Plug the USB cable into either of the two USB 2A ports on the panel, then plug into one end of the long cable, then plug the alligator clip into the other end of the battery cable, this will slow down the charging speed but still work for about 28 watts, which is three times the power to keep a car battery charged, so I wouldn't leave it on all the time. A typical car battery is rated at around 800 watts and discharges at around 8 watts per day, otherwise it will be completely empty in 100 days. However, the FLA lead-acid battery is damaged and can be discharged by 50% or 50 days without charging. If you are fast charging the battery via the panel's fast charge port, it needs to be monitored as it is charging around 80Wh from the solar panel (it takes around 10 hours to fully charge the 800w battery from 0 to 100,000,000). %) that should not be connected in this way for more than a day, and you need to know how much charge is left to avoid overcharging, otherwise you risk damaging the battery. Even at 28 watts with a USB adapter, this is excessive and will overcharge the battery if left unattended for a few days. The package does not include a smart solar charge controller and the instructions say to use a USB adapter that limits and controls the charge to 2A (28W), but that's not ideal. I'm not an electrical engineer so take this with caution but I've spent 2 days looking into solar chargers and FLA/Lithium batteries, I hope this helps you. I will update this review after more thorough testing.
