I bought this to upgrade the 23 LCD screen I have and be able to run two monitors on my desk. Let me just say I was expecting a little difference between the 2nd but nothing like what I got. This thing makes games look spectacular. Full 1080p in Battlefield 3 and Skyrim is a sight to behold. I didn't realize I was missing so many colors and details. Also the Windows 7 desktop is nice and vivid with this monitor. The difference in color depth between the two was very noticeable, and the LCD looked a little washed out in comparison. I've never thought about another monitor that way before; Again, I didn't know what I was missing. Make setup easier with the fact that all connections are at the bottom of the base on the back of the monitor and getting started was a breeze. a way to raise and lower the monitor, although you can tilt it easily. That would be my only negative point. The base of the monitor features intuitive touch controls. There are no buttons. It has a nice reflective finish that can be a fingerprint magnet, but it really enhances the look of the monitor. The screen is very thin, which makes the monitor lightweight and easy to move around when needed. In addition, the on-screen display shows you how much power you save by using a certain mode. Overall I like this monitor. I was planning to buy a 23 inch LCD on Friday and save $50. Man I'm really glad I got this instead. I couldn't be happier.
