Blue over no blue
Very disappointed that the blue CZ stones are not as shiny as pictured! The top four stones are particularly matte. I didn't even know they were blue! I bought this on purpose because blue is our daughter's birthstone AND the color of her last costume dress as Snowflake in The Nutcracker. It was to be a significant Christmas present. Unfortunately I will be returning it and while it is silver due to the dull stones I definitely don't think it's worth $25.
