Love love love this bag. That's how my customers and their puppies are. I travel with pets and this bag is perfect for small puppies (e.g. 10lb 8 week old Frenchies). They can lie sprawled on their side (although my only photo doesn't even take full advantage of the space haha) and they didn't make a single attempt to jump out when I left the top fully open. They are comfortable and secure and I get so many compliments on them. One pup had an "accident" in the bag and it was a quick clean up with a smooth, washable material and removable bottom (which I wrap in a puppy training mat). I wish the side pockets were bigger. On flights, I still have to carry a purse or small holdall for water bowls, pads, food, etc.
