The picture keeper I bought in late October broke when I put it in my phone. Looks cheaply made. Not too happy as it wasn't a cheap product and I've only used it a couple of times. I pray 🙏 I haven't lost my childhood photos/videos like my son's high school graduation and band concerts, choir and theater performances. I hope I can just use the USB site to re-download everything. I sent a photo of what the PC looks like. Please refund or send another PC. I thank you for your help!
