This kit is by no means a bad deal! Using it in combination with the TEMCo Hammer Lug Crimper Tool made it easy to make my own #2 high amp truck and car alternator power cables. Copper ring terminals work very well with a variety of wire gauges and after being crimped with a TEMCo tool they are very tight and cannot be pulled out in any way. Shrinking the ferrules during crimping made them safer and just as professional (better than many others), looked and performed as compared to buying pre-made wires. Good product and I will order again if I have too much fun!
