I installed 66 of these lamps in 18 months. In my three most used rooms, these bulbs are used as the main lighting. Half of the bulbs are simply switched on/off, the other half on Lutron Maestro CL dimmer switches. The most commonly used bulbs are not on dimmer switches and I had 9 bulbs. either "die" or "flicker" within 18 months, for a failure rate of 13%. I've noticed that I didn't have any outages for the first year and now a lightbulb goes out about every two weeks. If I have a problem, I notify Sunco using the Revain "Ask a question" button on my previous orders. Page and Sunco will respond within 24 hours and replace defective lamps within a week. Overall I am very satisfied with Sunco as a supplier and the quality of the lamps. I only buy 5000K bulbs and the light is bright, clear and the right color. With a 7-year warranty and a quick warranty response, I'm glad the Sunco bulbs are right for me. With over 150 LED bulbs in the house and the upfront cost of those bulbs, I can resolve issues with warranty repairs.
