Won't even turn on for lights and ceiling fans
Received this item today. Only a USB cable is supplied, but no power adapter. After trying the 3 power adapters I already have, from mobile phones to speakers to air purifiers and adding new batteries to the remote control, the device would not turn on. Not even a flicker. no noise Nothing. The buttons on the device and on the remote control do not work. Very angry. I was really looking forward to projections and music to help me fall asleep.
