Decorated in neon yellow for safety to be seen in my area. The strap is stretchy, comfortable, and holds a ton of stuff while staying in place. I was so disappointed that women dresses don't have pockets or REAL pockets. This solved BOTH visibility for security and storage issues. As a diabetic walker/runner, I need to carry some glucose with me in case my blood sugar suddenly drops during exercise. I also enjoy listening to music on wireless headphones and playing Pokemon Go while running. Carrying a giant smartphone would make my sweatpants sag. I tried phone straps, but being a tall woman, the straps either didn't fit or kept slipping off. The need to break concentration during training spoils it. This storage belt stays in place, doesn't wobble, holds my phone, glucose, headphones when I don't want to wear them, holds my house keys etc without fear of losing anything. It doesn't itch - it's smooth, comfortable and also helps wick sweat away from my body. Easy to wash, easy to put on and easy to take off. I wish training bras were as comfortable and comfortable as this belt. It doesn't fit my stomach so I wear it higher on the waist under my chest. This is how it works for me. I have been on my weight loss journey and have lost 60 pounds so far and am still losing weight. I firmly believe this will work for me for a long time until I lose enough weight to order a smaller size, which I definitely will. Taking off 1 star the first time I put it on, although it's stretchy and has no problem with it sliding around my stomach I have to wear it higher under my chest not directly on my hips and the fourth time I took it off, I heard some the seams "pop". It's still intact, easy to use and works well but needs stronger stitching. I love it and highly recommend it.
