I have a kitten with special needs. She has diabetes insipidus. It is rare and few veterinarians are experienced in treating it. She's currently on steroids for flare-ups, but we wanted to try something less harmful. We researched homeopathic options. One of its symptoms is hypersensitivity of the skin and dermatitis. She develops ulcers and scabs all over her body, resulting in over-grooming, which causes vomiting, which easily leads to dehydration due to her diabetes insipidus. Controlling the allergic reaction (dermatitis) is very important for your health. I got my hopes up for this product after finding only one negative review online. I can't say anything about the effectiveness of the product. I hope my cat is the only one with this problem. However, she became ill within 24 hours of taking the first half dose of this supplement. She vomited at least 6 times and in large quantities. I hope things will clear up by tonight as with her condition she will eventually need IV fluids if I wait any longer. I am disappointed that this product is not working for us. We tried to avoid other drugs. We might try hormone injection treatment next, rx, because the supplements don't seem safe for us. Two stars because of my single cat's poor reaction. These are not their usual symptoms of an existing illness. It's new and her only change this week was a new food (the other cat ate too and is fine) and these drops. Your results may vary. and I hope they do!
