Review on Sander Sharpener Polishing Grinding Machine: Enhance Your Sanding Tools' Performance by Antonio Bacon

Failed to load media. I was looking for a small but powerful belt sander for jewelry and other metal work and bought this to try. There are a few grinding attachments that work with flex shaft tools like Foredom etc but I wanted a standalone jig. I was a little skeptical about the torque needed to grind metal when browsing this machine online. After some research I decided to give it a try. What a great little device! So far I've been using it for a few weeks and it works well. I mainly use it for deburring and edge smoothing on copper and sterling silver and it does the job perfectly. I put it on a sheet of rubber to keep it from moving - it also helps muffle the sound. It seems to have plenty of torque for a motor of this size - enough for my needs. I will update this review when I use it more! With the price and compact size for desktop jewelry, you can't go wrong.
