This is an updated rating. While the product review below still has pros and cons, I was contacted by the seller about issues I was having with the product. They wanted to know how they could improve it and offered a refund on the cost of the product and also offered me dog collars to keep using at my leisure. I really appreciate the contact and suggestions and if they find a solution to my problem I would happily purchase an upgraded set. The customer service definitely surprised me. I really like this collar for dogs. Pros: The dog receiver is compact and thin, making it comfortable for the dog. It has long range, beep, vibrate and punch ability. The collar itself. Looking at the traditional collar, I figured out how to secure it so it doesn't slip off. Kon is remote. I liked its size and features, but couldn't read the screen in the sun. No matter what I did, I couldn't see it to read it. If I just wanted this for a dog, that would be great. I have two dogs and he has three channels to add a third. I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the third channel and if you wanted to fix the dog on the first channel and were on the second you had to scroll through the third channel to get to the first and by then your dog was gone or dead. already committed bad behavior and it was too late to correct them. I also accidentally reprimanded the wrong dog because I couldn't see which channel I was on. To have two dogs you need either a simpler channel access system or buttons for each channel. Also, the beep sound is the same for both collars and both of my dogs got confused when I tried to beep them because they had the same sound. Overall this is great for one dog, but for multiple when you need to see the food screen it doesn't work for us.
