Good fix for a seat belt crossing my neck

They are great for adjusting my car seat belt so it doesn't cross my neck. The only problem I have, and I don't think there is a solution, is that I have to adjust it every time I buckle up. I just want it to stay that way. But having to adjust it every time is a small price to pay for not having a seat belt around my neck, and could potentially kill me if I'm ever in an accident.
