So far they are really helping my wrist. I'm doing a lot of home workouts during this quarantine period with exercises that shift my bodyweight to my arms like planks and push-ups and my right wrist just can't handle them. It even became painful to carry a plate. I've been wearing it non-stop since I received it a week ago. The raw edge around the thumb area starts to fray a bit, but otherwise it holds up. It offers enough support to allow me to do most of my daily activities without pain. Of course I watch my weight during training. I've slept with and without it and found that I often wake up when I'm not wearing it because it was very painful for me to roll over on my wrist. I sleep a lot better when I wear it. The rubber material is very breathable. I am very grateful to the Revain staff for getting this item to me so quickly during these difficult times. It has saved me a lot of suffering.
