So far I really liked this massager. What impresses me the most is its strength. It has three different vibration levels and I feel like the medium is more than enough. High settings do not cause anything bad, only the sensations are not relaxing. If it's power you're looking for, I don't think you will be disappointed. I'm 6ft 5 inches tall and the massagers designed to hit your neck fall an inch below my neck. Since I'm big, I don't do anything. for you, so I won't call them, just thought someone might find this info useful. Other than that, everything else seems pretty standard and works. It has a number of different modes in which it creates different model vibrations. You can also just turn on different sets of massagers one at a time so they just do a solid vibration that doesn't change. This is what I usually use as templates just aren't for me. I posted a picture of one page of the manual. Explain the different modes with the remote control. After 30 minutes it turns itself off. The heat settings are only lukewarm, not hot. The instructions state that this is not intended to be used as a heating pad. I actually like that it's not very hot. but if you're looking for powerful heat from a massage pillow, I'd say this isn't for you. I've been having severe upper back and shoulder muscle pain for the last few weeks so I got this. It was one of those things I just couldn't stretch, which resulted in pain. It really helped me relax and now I feel a lot better.
