The customer service team are very helpful, they answer all of my questions in great detail without me having to request them or hassle anyone by emailing back! They also update their status page frequently so you always know what's happening with your shipment at any given time which makes it easy as well when things do go wrong - just pick up where we left off last week before this new issue came about!! I would like that there was an option within each consignment/transaction if someone goes missing from our shipping database after loading into one another website (ie.
DHL) then auto-delete these records once removed but still give us some notification via message box rather than nothing happens until contacted next day etc.
