The customer service team are very helpful, they answer all of my questions in great detail without me having to request them or hassle anyone by emailing back! They also update their status page frequently so you always know what's happening with your shipment at any given time which makes it easy as well when things do go wrong - just pick up where we left off last week before this new issue came about!! I love that it's easy to find available trucking companies in your area, as well as with rates for any distance. As long you have numbers of trucks, drivers willing to work are all there! Sometimes they need time when someone wants them quickly so don't wait too late if its last minute stuff like pickups or deliveries; sometimes things get forgotten about if not scheduled far enough ahead - but nothing major really from what i've seen here yet compared to other providers out their though this…
