Excellent shoe in all respects, feels good when walking, springy, stabilizes a little, good for short light runs but can also accelerate. The shoes are pretty hard. It's high in the arch area, so it has some flexibility, but it's short and inflexible in the forefoot. This is where I got the blister towards the end of the first run of over 1 hour. The removable insole wings come out to cover the edge of the rim but it's very thin here so I think it's only going to get worse. Could have been a little lighter.
