I recently bought some toner for my Xerox printer. Then my printer died before I could use the toner. I received an exact replacement for my deceased printer, but the replacement cartridges did not work. I contacted Toner Tap and they immediately informed me of the problem (newer printers have updated firmware), provided me with a return label to replace my unused cartridges, and quickly shipped me a replacement that works in my new printer. I was so excited by their response to my issue and the ease of swapping out my cartridges. I no longer have to go to the other half of my building to get print jobs now that my printer is working again! Thank you for the great customer service!
