Very good heat shrink. The 3:1 ratio gives you more flexibility, especially when working between two different sizes and shapes. It takes a little extra heat to start shrinking, but keeping it nice and even scaled down is easy. The internal adhesive is a great feature to ensure it stays in place later. It's also quite thick due to heat shrinking, but still has good rubbery flexibility. It also feels very durable.
