Review on 🔥 Hawk HB249F.575 HPS Ceramic Brake Pad – Enhanced Performance for Optimal Results by James Baker

I have used Hawk HPS pads with stock rotors in the past and have had excellent stopping power with a little more dust than the stock GM pads. I recently purchased a set of Hawk HPS pads for the front and rear of my 2002 SS Camaro. The first kits had several tears on the sides of the pads, I ordered replacement kits, same problem. I called Hawk Performance and explained the problem today and was told it could be firmware due to the manufacturing process, but Revain was not an authorized reseller so who knows where Revain got it from. I have installed several brakes in the past and have never seen such severe cracks on a new set of pads. I will buy elsewhere, maybe a different brand. Brakes are important, and they're not worth the risk, even at Amazon's discounted prices.
