You can change it like this: Hold the SELECT button and then press and hold the 2 and 1 buttons (the bottom two buttons, not the top two). You have to hold down all 3 buttons! You can look at the top of the pad, there is a blue power indicator. It will flash once after you press and hold these 3 buttons for 5 seconds to let you know that the speed has been changed and you will repeat the process until you reach your desired turbo speed in your game. Some games require you to change the speed, it's either too slow or too fast with the programmed factory settings. Once you have set the speed it will remain set in the controller until you set it again, even after the TG16 mini has been switched off. . A small problem, but the lack of explanation in the instructions and the cumbersome way of installing the turbo annoy. Don't let that 1 little quirk put you off this pad, it's great!
