-Very flexible-Multiple solutions can be used together.-Great support from sales team/training team. We are working with PayPro since a year-And their flexibility is great so far we have been using it to make payroll for our company, manage our time sheets and manage payroll process.-Some integrations might need some adjustment but thats very easy through their customer success manager. I feel its overall best payroll system available in India at least till now. -Good reporting options -Easy to use -Easy to learn how to operate-Helpful interface which has many features like integration etc.Payroll Management:-We solve the problem of tracking employee attendance & leave taking by making use of their integrated Attendance & Leave taking module. It helps us to maintain attendance for every employee at the click of a button.Employee Attendence Tracking :-I would recommend this product for employers who wish to track employee's attendance and also for employees as well who like being tracked in this manner.-Its extremely helpful when managing employee attendance and also helping the employer know about the timings at which an employee was supposed to reach.Leave management : -It helps me in knowing when my colleagues were supposed to take leaves.-Its really helpful when I like the fact that Paypro Workforce Management is very user friendly. It is very easy to use and navigate. I do not like that the software is so easy to use that it can be used by employees that do not have any training. I would like to see more training and certification for employees. I have been able to use Paypro Workforce Management for my company's payroll, time and attendance, employee directory, and vacation requests.
