I ordered this for my Boston Terrier who needed it to complement his god given tuxedo. Like many others, I had trouble figuring out where the seller listed the size in inches, so I included a photo with a ruler. The material is amazing. It looks and feels like high quality canvas, not the cheap polyester you would expect at this price point. The collar attaches to a flypaper behind a loop. The velcro is about 2 inches long and should allow for easy adjustment. It was a perfect match for my thinner black Boston Terrier. However, my stocky red Boston Terrier pushed the limits of what was possible. The arch is off-center, giving it a relaxed "Rat Pack" look. Overall I am very happy with the collar and would buy another if made 2 inches bigger.
