I like how easy it is to set up, configure & manage your account with them! They have an excellent customer service team that will help you get setup quickly if needed (it's very responsive). It would be nice for there was more integration between their services - but not much of a deal breaker as they do offer other integrations too such as Dropbox/Google Drive which are great options in themselves anyways so no biggie here either way. We use this at work because we need our emails backed up regularly across multiple platforms without having to rely solely upon ourselves or others who may forget sometimes about backups / security issues etc.
