This product was a complete waste of money. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I knew better than to trust this flimsy and ineffective support .It did not provide ANY stability or relief for my sprained ankle. The design was poor and the material felt cheap. Avoid this product if you want to stay competitive in team sports..
