Overall I'm very satisfied and it's a great space saver for the price. I only give 5 stars if the product is not exceptional. As other reviewers note, this item is made of brittle plastic. I have the black version and my Kuerig sits on it and it doesn't sag or warp even when the water tank is full. I use reusable cups so I can put my used wet cups back in sturdy plastic boxes and nothing drips onto the counter below. It contains 12 reusable K-Cups in each drawer and I move them from the right drawers to the left drawers as I use them. The interior of the drawers are easy to wipe clean with a cloth or paper towel, and the dark color conceals coffee stains. I had no trouble moving drawers, but you have to be careful when closing them.
