I do not advise buying this, it does not meet the stated standards.

While the smartphone is awesome, the company behind it is a joke. I was working on a home crop when I noticed a jamb. I contacted support and they told me to bring it to the service center. I was referred to the SC in a roundabout way. They reported that everything is functioning exactly as it should. The apparatus works as intended. He eventually reached his breaking point and endured further suffering as a result. They cited moisture damage to the charging port as the reason for their refusal to repair the device. Indeed, he was in the water at the time. Also, she did not cause any damage to the connector in any way. The mobile device is now being charged. I volunteered to pay for the repair myself (repair means replacing the screen module, which costs almost one-half of the price of a smartphone), but the fact of the matter is that the issue is software-related. And changing the screen is not going to fix the problem. Yet, they could care less. In those defenses, they assert that there have not been any complaints of the kind (but only this problem exists on ALL smartphones, and on XDA 31 page of its discussion since May 3rd). Also, people whose screens have a pink tinge are unable to receive assistance or solutions from either of the aforementioned support or service facilities. Despite the fact that the issue is also with the software. I will preface this by saying that all of this will be decided when a custom firmware that is not based on the official one (AOSP, Linage) is published; but, are there any problems with a smartphone priced at this level? Even though this is a flagship product, Samsung is known for providing poor customer service. While the smartphone is awesome, the company behind it is a joke. Taking it at this time is not something I suggest.

Pros
  • This is an outstanding mobile device. It has an excellent screen as well as an excellent camera. The feel is amazing, and the beveled edges provide a sense of sophistication. The pace of work is appropriate.
Cons
  • The forceful push required to activate the home button is unacceptable. The performance of this pressure sensor is quite poor; it either works by itself, works when you lock it (unlocking the screen), or does not work at all. It can also work when you unlock it. In most cases, it merely constitutes an obstruction. Very upsetting in every way. And there is no way to turn it off. Moreover, the battery life is relatively short, and the central processing unit does not enter any kind of sleep state (that is, it drops out even when it is idle).
