Review on DevHub by Adam Bates

As mentioned in other reviews, my favorite part of working here was being able to work in a truly open environment with a good number of employees (over 100) coming from different parts of the world. The diversity of backgrounds and perspectives made it possible to come up with innovative solutions. I disliked most of the benefits and perks - they were not aligned with how I chose to live. For example, I would like to be able to choose when i go home but I understand this would be difficult given the need to keep the office running smoothly. Also, I felt like there weren’t enough opportunities for professional growth or career development within the organization.
