I received a set of these as a gift, I decided to take the second set. they are heavy Absorbent and fluffy. The other side is the drying time. In winter, it takes an hour in a large-capacity dryer in a 45-degree garage. In the same dryer, in the same garage, in 100 degree summer heat, they're amazingly fast! To update. We rarely use facial tissues so while tidying the linen closet I removed the tissues from there and placed them on the bed. God I was surprised. In the last 12-18 months my towels aren't the color they started with. I am very careful about washing towels - always warm, never with clothes (causes pilling on clothes) and never use bleach on fabrics. At first the towels looked like they had been spilled with bleach in places. Now they have an even straw color. They started out as coffee with lots of cream. They are good, thick and fluffy. But now they are TERRIBLE despite being washed with an unscented and colorless detergent. Both sentences. The ones I bought and the first set which was a gift from Bed Bath and Beyond. Changed my star rating. I have never paid that much and was so disappointed. I have some cheap Target towels that are ten years old and in great condition.
