Using this product, our team found that it was an excellent upgrade for our older computers lacking serial ports. The installation process was straightforward, AND the device immediately worked with no driver issues. We were able to use it for various applications involving serial connections, and it performed flawlessly. The compact design also ensures that it doesn't take up much space inside the computer. The only downside is that it only supports two serial ports but that is not a major issue .Overall, we highly recommend this product..
