The Customer Service we experience from 1upvms has been outstanding! Our account rep, Tanya Brown-Rice, works with us constantly as our needs are always evolving and she listens carefully when needed. Her knowledge of her product exceeds any expectations I had prior to working with them. It's fast data entry that keeps track of all incoming/outgoing guests, vendors, contractors etc., who enter my facility via the front door or other entrances. They have excellent customer service support available 24x7 in case there should be an issue at anytime during business hours; however they do not offer after hour services. Also, their online portal does take some time getting used to but once you get acclimated it will work well enough for most situations.
