First off, let me say that overall I like a lot of ELF products. They usually go with everything I need. However, this is not a very good product for the simple reason that when you remove the cap all the chalk falls out (shot across the room in my case). what is holding him Nothing. It falls out every time you remove the cap; and it's only about 2.5 cm long, so it's not easy to find it on the carpet. So it's only $2 - BUT - you could spend a little more and get something with a better design. The pencil itself works well and the color is good. I compare it to the Maybelline Total Temptation Eyebrow Pencil (pink tube). The Maybelline pen costs $6. I think ELF has room for improvement and can still sell at a lower price than the competition.
