My husband and I needed a gate to keep our 3 year old daughter from entering our living room/kitchen in the middle of the night or in the morning when we were still sleeping as she can now crawl out her crib. I'm glad I found this gate! The gate arrived quickly which is always a plus! As for the setup, everything was pretty easy. My husband was able to install it himself in most cases. He went to the trouble of fitting the gate into our door frame and deciding whether to use the extension provided and place it behind the frame on our hallway walls instead. We ended up installing it in our door frame with the jackscrews fully extended. We were a little worried the gate wouldn't be strong but after a week of use and a few smacks from a frustrated 3 year old the gate is solid! I also like their height and that my daughter can't climb over them. Thanks for the great goal!
