My Likes: Spent a week in Moab, Utah hiking the Canyon Lands and Arches National Park. About 30 miles total of gravel and mud hikes, rock climbing, steep ledges/slopes. The trails have been rated as moderate and I have little hiking experience. These shoes were a life saver and I was very thankful for them. No break-in required, they protect my toes on steep descents and provide traction when climbing. Would definitely recommend but also consider getting hiking socks for best use. Not the fault of the shoes, just an equally important analogue.
